For the cost of this hotel, the service at check in was terrible, the lady checking us in was rude. Our room had 1/8th of a roll of toilet paper and we had to call for more soon after check in. Our ground floor rooms patio door had a broken lock so we could't lock the door.

Have always been able to reserve a room at a moments notice. I enjoy the stay and rooms are comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
