Nice & central but poor customer service

The Hotel itself was clean its location was pretty central within the city. The rooms were a good size, and it made for a nice landing pad at the end of the day. However, the staff were very aloof, and when we asked for more plates at the complimentary breakfast buffet, we simply got a huge sigh from our waitress as she rolled her eyes and walked away without answering us. We didn't know if she would come back with the plates or not, and so we left to find breakfast elsewhere. It's too bad, because the price was fair and the rooms were fine, but that incident with the waitress is the only thing I really remember from the hotel.
