My stay in 2004 was my second the first being in 1996. Each time I have been extremely satisfied with the service that the Staff - reception, restaurant ,bar and domestic have given. The Hotel is ideally placed but it is a great pity that the underpass has had to be closed for reasons beyond the control of the Hotel. The spacious rooms with the pleasant river view were always clean and well appointed. The restaurant had a full and varied menu with the meals being well presented, served , ample and most appetizing. I would recommend this to any traveller.
