Noisy, over-priced, poor service

Noisy location, over-priced, and when we had problems with the room they refused to honor their "100% satisfaction guarantee". The night clerk failed to answer the hotel phone so we received an emergency call from our family 2 hours too late. The general manager made no effort to contact us to discuss the issue and was dismissive when we finally managed to contact him. There are far better hotels a couple of blocks from this location, so don’t bother with this one.
