This hotel is nothing special, not overly clean and is located in a bad part of town. Customer service is non-existant. Our vehicle was broken into while parked in front of their hotel (sat there for days- we used a park & fly option)and the staff did nothing to assist us other than direct us to a payphone to call the police. They also said the hotel had no cardboard or brooms (so we could temporary patch up the window). Scary thought, wonder how they clean the place. Anyway, we stayed here because the waterslide looked fun, but in reality it was lame and our 8 & 10 yr old were not impressed. Next time we will spend more money to stay at a reputable hotel that offers Security, but more importantly offers customer service. Sometimes bad things happen, but some people can really make a difference in a bad situation. The staff however, at this hotel did not make that difference and therfore do not deserve your business.
