The front desk are one of the best staff I ever saw in the last 30 years,the hotel itself might not be the Ritz Carlton but the staff is of same value. I broke down on the road and was a bit dirty and for sure never look like a "good client",well I was just amaze how those people still make me feel at home and deal with me with most respect despite my bad situation. I say 5 star just for this and each time I'm in calgary;I will make a detour if needed just to have a room there. thank you

You won't sleep a wink

While the hotel room was adequate, the noise was unbearable and kept us up the entire night. Hotel staff said there wasn't' anything they could do, so we sat in the lobby a good part of the night. I would never return, nor should you.

MERCURY LOUNGE THIS PLACE IS QUITE NICE... ON THE BLUE MILE, THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. TRY THE YAM AND POTATOE FRIES AND THE GOURMET MAC AND CHEESE. VERY GOOD.
