Childen were bit by bedbugs. Dirty. Owners unhelpful

The morning after our stay, our two teenage childen had fresh bite marks on their legs. I found two crushed bedbugs in the bed. When i complained to the owner, he was refused to believe it. i brought into the room, showed the bite marks. He lifted up thematress and uncovers about a bag full of dried stale food left over from previous guests. The room had not been cleaned in a while. Many workeers from camps stay there and the bugs were likely brought in from oil rig camps. I was disgusted. Got medical attention for the children. Will never stay there again!
