I booked the Driftwood primarily for location as it is very central in Banff and very close to where most of my friends were staying. The accommodation was fine, a reasonably large room with dated decoration and furniture. It was connected to the main hotel next door (can't remember the name) and I could use the hot tub and gym there which was very useful). My only real complaint was that the TV reception was horrendous. Basically, if you are looking for value for money in a good location the Driftwood will meet your expectations. If you're looking for a bit of luxury, don't book the Driftwood.

Top Local Tips for Banff

Great Greek Food There's a Greek restaurant at the other end of the street that has amazing food and excellent service. I can't recall the name. I think it's the only greek restaurant in Banff.
