Top Local Tips for Sana

Al Fakher At the end of Al Haddah street is a local restaurant located with the name Al Fakher. This is by far the best (and most expensive) restaurant in town. They serve traditional food and during lunch, they serve Salta which is famous for Yemen. There are some varieties of this dish and they are all worth a try.But it is my experience that sometimes, if you know the country, small local restaurants might have even better salta but they are difficult to find.
