I stayed in this great little hotel for 5 days last year and enjoyed the service and relaxed atmosphere so much that we are returning this year for 8 days !! Can’t wait. We were met in reception with ice cool flannels and cold fruit juice cocktails, from that moment onwards everything was just perfect, from the excellent cuisine to the turned down corners of the bed sheets decorated with chocolates every evening.

This was our first time in Dubai and so pleased we chose the Oasis Beach Hotel. Great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well kept, in a good location and we loved the facilities, so much so we arrive on the 29th of July 2007 for our second stay.

This is a first class hotel in a first class resort. A great place to stay, clean environment, beautiful food and friendly and efficient staff. A credit to Dubai.
Construction goes on in Dubai year round, the accomodation takes away any details of such unfortunate circumstances. If you are going to Dubai, there will be construction - no matter what hotel, the Oasis Beach is very secluded and you can enjoy your time away from the construction works.
I have visited and stayed at the other hotels in Dubai and at the Oasis you can be assured of Burj service at a friendly and more relaxed cost.

Putting aside the fact that our 'confirmed' (in writing) executive sea view room was not available upon arrival (breach of contract?), we were given a 'better and larger' land-facing room instead (at about 10% less rate). We were not, however, told that we would get very little sleep as a result of the all night construction within the immediate area. Nor were we warned in advance that the bathroom of this so-called superior room would (and did) stink of urine! This was a Microsoft business trip for which the hotel management refused to extend corporate rates due to the 'internet booking'. But they changed our booking without prior notice. Sound one-sided? This disgracefull little hotel (forget the fancy write ups about themselves) seem to feel that they can change confirmed bookings without regard for their customers. In fact, they don't care about their customers. No TV for two nights (and the Night Duty Manager would not believe this untill he actually tested it himself!). I......
