This is our second visit and the standards are still exceptional. Personal service, helpfulness, genuine friendliness. Superb pools/staff Excellent restaurants with huge variation of choice. Faultless in our opinion and will be hard to better for genuine service matched by competance.

The hotel was really good, the rooms were quite ample and the service and details with guests were exceptional. Everything was all right and we did not have any problem at all. If we ever go back to Dubai we will stay for sure at the same hotel.
