A rubbish hotel please improve on it disappointed and very rude staffs they shouted at me I hate the hotel the worst hotel in the world you should not have opened the hotel from the first part.

Top Local Tips for Dubai

Taxis were reasonable and a good way to get around Loiter at big hotel lobbys like you live there and the Concierge will get you a taxi a lot quicker than it seems to take on the street.

Buy a guide in advance. Check passport for Israeli stamps. Visit a mega-mall. Lonely Planet guide best for transport, sightseeing and maps. Time Out guide best for hotel, restaurant ,and shopping info. Visit at least one mega-mall -- Mall of the Emirates is family fun, Wafi Mall is elegant -- malls are the museums of our time. Passports with Israeli stamps may not be allowed entry into Persian Gulf states. MAy need to get a second passport to travel here.

Cheap taxis Taxis are cheap and very convenient. You don't have to barter, because they are metered, but flagging them down can be challenging because the traffic is crazy, and it's hard for them to stop for you. A trip all the way across is UAED 50.00, about $12 Cdn. Taxis are probably the best way of getting around over other forms of public transportation.
