Beware the cost of "dongles" in Dubai With Dubai being high-tech and most of the hotels being really high class and new, I would expect that at the very least (as with most other coutries in the world) that WiFi would be up there as just an extra luxury but BEWARE! We had our lap top with us and used it for periods of time over 4 days using a "dongle" with Orange. The contract gives you free internet access - but apparently not in Dubai. The bill was almost £2000!! Don't get caught out, read the small print!
