Worst rooms I have stayed in.

Staff were good, but did not understand English very well. The room was the worst I have stayed in during our holiday. The information that is displayed on the internet is for the Ascot Royal I would think. We were put in a very small room that just stank due to being closed up. I had paid and requested a queen size bed, we had two small single beds put together. Due to not being able to sleep due to the smell we asked to be moved. Well the room did not smell, but we still had single beds together, sheets were about two foot shorter than the bed. My feet hung out the end of the bed. Airconditioning could not be turned down, so we would have it on for a while and turn it off as it got very cold. Due to this, I got a cold and cannot take the tours that we have paid for.
I am sorry but your adds are completely missleading in regards to the rooms.

We stayed in Dubai Ascot last year near Jun. we very apprehensive of staying in the hotel, as there were not many good reviews about the hotel. But that's when we learned our lesson. DON'T BELIEVE WHAT EVERYONE SYAS UNTILL YOU SEE IT WITH YOUR OWN EYES. Ok, we had a free lift form the airport and they were on time. The mini bus was a Mercedes and very comfortable. We stayed in a suite and it was very clean and well decorated. The staff above all were very friendly and homely. We felt like in Malaysia warm and cosy. They even arranged for us to go and look around Dubai with a reliable cab with reasonable price. The only minor downslide in Ascot was the breakfast where there were not many varieties but I guess that's just a small niche in their updating service and I am sure it would be better now. All in all thumbs up to Ascot Dubai and their staff. My advice, do stay there anytime. You will never regret it.

We travelled to Dubai last week. It was myself, my husband and my parents and we had the Windsor suite at the Ascot Hotel. To be honest I was not looking forward to the hotel as I had read really horrible reviews.
It is a really lovely hotel with great and friendly staff. Very polite staff and great service from them. We had the free pick up from the airport and again from the hotel back to the airport. All in all, I had a lovely time at the Ascot and would definately stay there again and again.
