The hotel is nice , staff are very helpful, breakfast is delicious , rate is USD 65.00 which is quite good , located next to Dubai bus station

The location of the hotel is a bit misleading for travellers who plan to stay in dubai. The hotel is in Sharjah which is the neighbouring emirate of Dubai emirate. It is around 20mins drive to Dubai without traffice however, the travel starts at 6am to around 3pm and then 5pm to around 12 midnight. During traffic time it can take up to 3 hours to go between Dubai and Sharjah and that is if you can stop a taxi driver who is willing to take you. One night, it took us changing 3 taxi plus walking 1 hour to finially get back to the hotel from Bur Dubai. The hotel breakfast is not too bad but it is the same everyday. The internet is extra charge but they didnt mention it until we check out and they charged it by how many times you use it not per day. The room is very small but clean. Most staffs there are very friendly espeically the egyptian guy at the restaurant. I made the booking for 7 nights but was wishing to change to only 2 nights after i found out the location but the receptionist told me all charge had gone through and there is no refund. However, at check out I learnt that they never make any charge to my credit card yet and the cancellaion police was 48 hours before without penalty. So the first receptionist had lied to me. Also, the hotel driver who were arranged to pick us up to the airport never show up and we almost miss our flight because of that even though we had confirmed with him twice including 7 hours before the arranged pick up time. The hotel will keep your passport when you check in and do not return it to you until you check out so make sure they return it to you (they didnt return my passport nor my credit card to me and i was in such a panic as the driver didnt show up so we actually had to return to the hotel)

Man probs Be wary of certain men, especially, in my experience, Egyptian men. Don't accept their offers of showing you around. You can see them licking their lips from far away like big bad wolves. It could possibly be from how white women are portrayed in the media: Easy. Ewww.
