We booked a double room but was given a twin room with old-roach and rodent infested furniture and room.We complained abour the roaches and rodents,and we changed rooms but they weren't better.

I would sa congratulations to this hotel. It is a cozy boutique hotel with family atmosphere and friendly staff always ready for your request to fulfill with their maximum efforts.
