Great hotel

We had 3 bed room on 8th floor with Haram view. It was fantastic. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was cleaned and bed sheets were changed daily. The distance between Haram and the hotel was only few meters. We enjoyed our stay and do recommend to everyone. If you are booking through an agent, then make sure to check with the hotel management if the money has been paid against your name. The hotel management is slow in updating their system as we had to go through this problem where our agent had paid the money, but the hotel system processed it late. So check that out.

Great hotel but ....

We were very dissappointed by the lack of spoken English from the staff. We would have expected that a hotel of such a name would have been better equipped for the Uk visitors. We also several difficulties with our luggage be to be collected and loaded on the coach.
