Value Turqoise and white public taxis much better value than hotel Limos

Taxi's in Doha Mowasalat/Karwa is the National Car Hire company. From the Airport you can catch Taxi's (Lower rates - Green Cars) or Limo's (Higher Rates - Big American Sedans). For the money, take the taxi, seem deal, less cash needed. Ensure you get cash at the airport, as they don't charge to hotels, without issue, and no credit cards, as yet. When at the hotel, ask for a Taxi, not the limo. When staying at the Ritz, etc.. make sure they include Airport Transportation on the bill.

Go early If you are planning to do some shopping in Doha, plan to go first thing in the morning when the malls open. In the evening the malls are crazy with people and parking spots are hard to come by. We drove around a parking garage in one mall for 25 minutes trying to find a spot.
