The hotel's location is good and close to residential areas; the rooms are clean and in a reasonably good condition. The hotel has no amenities, it's a building with no pool, gym or pub, the staff was a pity especially the front office & concierge! They are neither friendly nor helpful, they are not even knowledgeable of any tourist's info about Lebanon!! I don't think we'll go again to this hotel with the quality of staff they are having. The hotel is NOT 4 stars
