Terrible, served with ice-cold jacuzzi

We left as soon as we possibly could. Awful experience for the price. We were attracted to the hotel mostly for its promised 3* amenities: pool, jacuzzi, sauna. At 65 JD, this was a pricey package by Jordanian standards. Only after we checked in, we discovered the jacuzzi, turkish baths, and sauna are only available for 20 JD PER PERSON FOR ONE HOUR ONLY!!! (BTW, the website recommends 1.5 hours in the turkish bath alone). We visited the pool anyway, discovered it is chillingly cold, and tested the jacuzzi only to find that it too is kept at an icy temperature. The turkish bath staff told us it's never heated. The sauna didn't work, and neither did the hair dryer in the room (I'm pretty sure I wasn't supposed to have paid extra for that, at least!). The breakfast was pretty dismal. The staff was unhelpful and unwilling at best, and made a lot of excuses about some tour group or other. Fled in the early morning for a reasonably-priced hotel down the street. Shocking rip-off.
