High expectations-lead to disappointment

We visited Jerusalem during Passover holiday, 2005. Hotel has very poor breakfast meal, and an expensive supper rate. In general, hotel is in a bad maintenance condition and I had to call maintenance twice to fix the toilets and close the some open door to the shaft where hot/cold water pipes are running. Nevertheless, don't skip Jerusalem, it's a great city. Sorry I have to write such bad review on such visited hotel.
