I was very disappointed with my stay at Tsell Harim. I had booked a one month stay at the hotel for psoriatic treatment. The hotel does not cater to long-term guests or for the matter for individual guests. Rather the hotel accommodates groups almost exclusively. The hotel was incredibly noisy with frequent banter outside the rooms/bungalows late into the evening. It was not a restful place at all. Often it was impossible to use the swimming pool or spa as this had been taken over by groups of day-trippers. Moreover, whilst the staff was helpful, the general manager was disdainful and never made the attempt to welcome the individual European guests. Simple courtesy was lacking. There is little reason to choose this hotel given the other options at the Dead Sea which are equally competitive.
