My compliments to the chef. As a sufferer of Celiac Disease I was a little hesitant about staying at the hotel. However, after calling the hotel and speaking to the chef prior to my arrival, my mind was set at ease. The chef was familiar with my condition and assured me there would be no problems, and so it was. I was served a delicious gluten free meal each time I entered the dining room for dinner. The entire staff was helpful and considerate, way above my expectations. The moment you are not worried about what you can and cannot eat, you can relax and enjoy your stay. Thank you.
