The Wild Life park This is well worth a visit lots to see, bus tour around with a few walking stops

Bridge to Saudi You must take a trip on the Saudi Highway if you are visiting Manama. Its an awesome drive. There is a observation tower at the center of the Flyover on the sea, the view from that is mind blowing.

if you cannot haggle don't go Taxis do not use the meter - many will tell you they are a private car. While locals pay 2 BDs for a journey around Manama (about 6 US$), tourist will be asked at least 4 BDs and one of my friends was asked for 50 (150$) to go from one hotel to another... of course after negotiating for a while he paid 6. Public transport is very limited, driving is difficult (many streets have no name plates) and it is too hot to walk other than in the early morning or evening.
