This Hotel is right in the heart of Protaras, & very clean. The food is a bit repetitive, not much choice for kids!!.
Definitely not enough sunbeds, down by 7.30 or they are all taken - even though there is plenty of room for more beds.
Beware if you are all inclusive (as we were), the staff would serve the paying guests first, hoping they will say keep the change !!
Entertainment very poor.
Overall I would stay here again, but only as a second choice, definitely not a 4* hotel, more like a 3*.

I have stayed at the Hotel Odessa 6 times, and can confirm this is the best hotel in Odessa. I would say that it does not quite come up to the western standard of 5 star accommodation, but the staff try hard to provide a good and warm service, I have had problems in the hotel, but they were resolved quickly. The restaurants are good, but service can be slow. Overall I would return and I have plans to return again soon, but if you are staying at the hotel have an open mind, be flexible and understanding, and most important tolerant with the communication and culture of service.
