It was a real pleasure to at The Diligence Hotel.
I contacted the Hotel from USA, I talked to Inna, she and her staff made arrangements for a driver to meet me at Odessa Airport, got me a SIM card for my mobile, made reservations for my hotel in Belgium, I can't say any thing ells that the service is such as a 5 star in any big EU city.
The restaurant is just a fine dinning place, the restaurant manager, Evgenia takes special and personal interest in pleasing your taste. Best food in town. I had a great one week experience.
It's the best hotel in town. I know really a lot of hotels in Europe & in the East : but this hotel is perfect. Price, rooms and the service is a big pleasure. The next stay in Kerson is on my agenda. Of course in the Hotel Diligence. By the way, the bIG suite is amazing.
