Incompetence, rude staff, substandard quality hotel

Well I won't be back to say the least. My friend was misquoted re: the price and the incompetent land lady then tried to make out it was our error, to rub salt in the wound the land lord proceeded to harp on and on about how you wouldnt get such a nice place for the money etc etc and didnt we think it was cheap when we got into the room( very patronizing, spoke down to us, and wouldnt keep going on despite the fact we just wanted to pay and get out of the sespit!) the reason we didnt think the price we were quoted was too cheap... the shower in our 'superior' room was dire, dribled, taps were not labelled and i burnt myself several times in the shower, the coffee whitner in the room had solidified it has been there so many years(or decades maybe!), the girl at breakfast would not look you in the eye, when she brought out a rack of white toast for my friends i asked for some additional brown for me and she scoffed and took away the white my friends wanted!! just a shocking hotel!!!
