Cute room but creepy proprietor

The place was cute- basically someone's house with rooms upstairs, and hot english breakfast was included. The room included a tea kettle (like American hotel rooms have a coffee maker), and we had an ensuite room (ensuite means bathroom attached to room rather than in hallway) which had a shower and was clean. The only problem was the proprietor was a little evasive and sketchy; when I called to inquire about booking a room, I asked if they had wireless internet. The man said yes, and that night we asked him if we could use our laptop with it, and he said he'd hook it up in the morning, but in the morning he was gone somewhere, and we just left. So the proprietor was creepy and lied, but the room was pretty good value. Also, this is not the only budget hotel in Swansea. There are others right on the same strip as the Oyster.
