No good
If you want to pay £15 for a £5 pub meal 'cos they've 'renovated' the 'restaurant', this is the place to go. Also if your idea of customer service is having to actually argue with some miserable frenchman trying to pass off an old piece of rump steak as fillet..

Great break
This is a very friendly hotel, always busy with a great atmosphere. Have stayed twice already and are heading back there this May for our honeymoon!! The rooms at the front are by far the best with views overlooking the sea. Just brilliant. Food is also good although no room service is available. Good restaurant and bar, did have a problem one morning as we are both non smokers, found it not very good with one person smoking at breakfast. Had a quick chat with the owner and things were sorted out immediately, very friendly. :-)
