The Queens is a great value venue for a family holiday. Rooms are clean and comfy for the money, although the carpet in the bathroom was quite old and a bit smelly, the bathroom in general was ready for an update. Great seaview.
Food superb and loads of it if you want it, breakfast was so plentyful there was no need for lunch! Evening meals were superb with good choice for all the family and efficient service.
Nice bar over looking the prom with plenty of tables and chairs and some outside seating again overlooking the bay. Beer £3.20 glass of wine £3.20 Aug 2009.
Plenty of other lounge space in the public areas and some entertainment but geared towards ballroom dancing bingo etc.
Guests were elderly and families mainly, some very nice friendly people indeed.
Free parking a bonus but beware your car may be blocked in as ours was for most of the week.
Overall we gave 8/10, its 2 star, but with cosmetic improvements would be worthy of a 3 star, the staff deserve a 4 star rating, they are excellent.

This is a lovely Hotel..deserving a higher * rating. The staff were excellent. Dining a memorable experience.. Bedroom especially ones overlooking the prom. are lovely beds comfortable and clean.

If you want lovely clean rooms, an excellant choice of menu,excellant food, good service. Good manager and staff. Then come to this hotel it never fails to please.

Best Holiday in LLandudno,The Hotel and Staff were very kind and helpful. I enjoyed our Holiday that much we have booked for this year and I just recommended this Hotel to my friends
