Gwen And David were a lovley couple. I have never had such a welcoming stay before. I really enjoyed my first stay in llandudno. The place was clean tidy and did not have a speck of dust anywhere. The couple were lovley and very friendly. They made me and my family feel very welcome and comfortable. The price was cheap and cannot stay this low forever. Gwen and David you need to put these prices up. You're such a friendly couple and you have my word I will return! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Wonderful atmosphere, clean rooms, good breakfast and situated a mile from the pier and virtually next to the promenard. Good bus service with bus stop opposite the hotel.

Ran off to Wales on a whim, wish we had found this hotel from first day, outstanding service, beautiful clean crisp rooms, bargain price, (get in now as upgrades will push up prices, can't stay this low forever), covered outdoor smoking area for those of us still trying, good luck to Gwen and David, we will be back soon, Joanne.

I am sure any one who stays at this friendly Hotel will find the same as my wife and I did. Gwen and Dave are a wonderful friendly couple, good luck to them both in their future endevours.

Found this on the internet... spent two nights there... Gwen and David made me very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfasts. Very convenient location especially for anyone using public transport... bus stop opposite... I travelled on my Welsh Concessionary Pass all the way from South to North wales.. free and used to get about in the area.
