First visit to North Wales for my partner and I. We loved Llandudno, what a great place, victorian town. We stayed at the esplanade which had this lovely art deco styling frontage. OMG what stunning views to wake up to. very clean, staff were all friendly and it was very good value. Shame about the weather!

I was looking for a low budget B&B and stumbled across the Esplanade Hotel online, with rooms for just £20 (youth hostels are £18) booked 2 nights. I was amazed to find the hotel right next to the beach with sea view from my bedroom. I could not fault it, had a great nights sleep and had breakfast looking out to sea. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great value.

I was pleasantly surprised by the price and accomm. of this hotel.. Sorry I didn't get the name of the younger receptionist with glasses who made me feel very welcome... My room was a double altho I was single and the windows faced the sea... Good safe parking at the back.. Self serve great Brekky-- heaps of good quality food.. The Evening Karaoke lady was not only very attractive but had a beautiful voice -- all in all the best value around and a pleasant experience.......

Management make sure that you feel as if you are the only guest in hotel, nothing is too much trouble. Homely feel at all times, location etc.

Marine Drive Don't forget the Marine Drive for fantastic views on a good day (toll payable). If you don't fancy the drive you can go on an old motor coach for £4 - great fun!
