Stuffy outdated sniffy old gent on reception with no idea of guest communication or how to welcome Guests. Lots of well meaning/friendly non English speaking staff. Selection of TV channels is very poor. Manager smiles and says good things will happen to complaints, but nothing happens, very poor.
