Just spent 3 nights, 4 days at the Lion Hotel. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The food was outstanding and we would highly recommend it. We put ourselves down as mature as we are 57 and 62 but very young in mind and body. The hotel was
great value for money and very well positioned to get anywhere in the area. The views are stunning

Enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was very smart and clean. Our view over the green down towards the beach and castle was awesome especially when the full moon was out. Staff were very helpful and extremely friendly.

Room furnished in the fifties, not clean and noisy. Locals in lounge bar obnoxious use of foul language.

Stayed in 2 rooms. Small windows. Dim lighting. Shabby decor. Tobacco odour. Water leaked through ceiling from room above. Waste bins not emptied. Bathroom filthy. No sat TV, no remote, no coffee. No excuses and apologies. There are loads of nice places in Criccieth at this price, don't stop here.
