Gay Bars Only found one gay bar (very friendly though), but heard that there was one more in town, all together now Ooooooh!

Poor room standards for me...hardly 4* If you are looking for an hotel handy for Chester bear in mind this hotel is about 12 miles away via a very busy road. Situated on a roundabout within a large busness park. The hotels appeal must be conference and business use. It has a swimming pool and gym and offers beauty treatments etc. Drinks in the very qiet bar are not cheap and there is little to do if you want an evening in. See my images to give you some idea of the room quality I had...we were very disappointed in it. You would expect a 4* hotel to have a lock on the toilet, have the plaster in the room actualyt staying on the walls, not to have large amounts of mould around the tiling in the bathroom (disgusting).It goes on such as the bathroom door frame coming away to an awful beaten up pine toilet seat. It just said to me low standards which showed itself when my sons room was not even made up on the second day. Staff seemed to be a bit thin on the ground and to be honest not very welcoming. Never again.
