Worst experience ever. Receptionist doing her nails, restaurant waiting staff rude "too busy, can't help you".

Service and staff extremely poor and were made to feel very unwelcome.
The most ironic part of our short lived stay was when we attempted to purchase two coffee's in the hotels cafe area which is titled ' CAPPUCINOS' and were told at 2.45 PM that it was lunch or nothing and were ushered out - DISGRACEFUL!!!
