Great Place to Stay

We just stayed for 2 days here but wished it had have been more. The room was really comfortable, clean and welcoming. The hotel was very pleasing and the dinner was to die for. The breakfast were all that one could expect and more. The owners were very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Brill place to relax

Locals are nice love the cookoo clock that has a cow coming out brill, food service all lovely. My partner ted and pal george up there now fishing. They would not go anywhere else.

Great Little Hotel

We booked a New Years Eve meal here at very short notice and immediately regretted it after reading this site. There was no need to worry, the recently refurbished hotel was excellent, first class meal and very friendly and attentive hosts and locals. We didn't stay, but guests we spoke to said the rooms were good. The new management are making a real effort to make up for the neglect of previous owners - and are succeeding. Don't forget, this is the English equivalent of a pub, with only 9 rooms, but what a nice friendly place.
