Top Local Tips for Isle of Skye

Eating Out Dunvegan is a small village but there are amazing eating places either within the village or a short drive/taxi ride away. The food at the Tables is lovely but for guests only and menu selection accordingly small but The Old Schoolhouse has great food and is VERY busy on a Saturday night! For those who are fooled by pricey adverts and claims to be one of the best in the world, the Three Chimneys restaurant at Colbost is only 5 miles away. The Lochbay Seafood Restaurant and the Stein Inn are a similar distance to the north at Waternish and a much better bet!

Dine at the pub Drive to the Stein Inn (8 miles), but book first. Lovely food ang great sunsets.
