Having recently stayed at the Mackinnon Hotel, my wife and I both agree the food was excellent, and the staff and owners made us both feel very comfortable and at home. All in all, a very pleasurable visit. We will be returning.

Plockton Visit Plockton Shores, a bistro next to Plockton Stores, for lunch. Try the Cullen Skink - absolutely delicious. Buy the kids the 'fish fingers' which are not birds eye, but mouthwatering child-sized battered fingers of haddock. Oh-my-god! We wished we'd had it!
