Booked a family room £100 per night was given a totally different room in which I was told I could sleep my two children top to tail I refused as I was paying £100 per night , My husband was then handed a ripped and badly stained baby cot mattress and badly stained qulit with no cover , I complained as I had booked a family room in advance with a double bed and a set of bunk bed but was given the total opposite , My youngest ended up sleeping with my husband and myself as I was told that the mattress was all they could offer after I complained and to top it off on leaving we were still charged the £100 per night by the hotel even though they did not provide us what was agreed .
