Well All I can say good about the hotel is the staff are good. I stayed for one night and the problems I had I wouldn't let a dog stay there. No hot water but that wasn't really the main problem We had NO WATER running in the room. Also there was a big blood stain on the base of the bed. The bed itself was broken and the mattress well you could feel every spring in it. It said that there is a trouser press in every room don't believe it there isn't in all rooms. Also the room is cold. To top it all off I am disabled they put me on the top floor they do have a lift but it broke down which left me to climb a lot of stairs. Not a good hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I stayed in the hotel with my partner & 3 month old baby. The staff were very friendly, the room's were lovely & clean on arrival. I got clean towel's & my bed made every day (optional). The only downfall was that children are only allowed in the bar till 9pm as it is a public bar in the middle of the town centre. All in all, we had a lovely stay.
