My husband and I were at the Erskine Bridge Hotel for 3 weeks during my daughters pregnancy in December. We came to find dirty rooms and unhelpful electrical appliances. However I felt this was made up for by the extremly helpful and understanding staff working on night at reception. Breakfast was a plesure and made enjoyable by the staff. Would mayby not recommend this to a long trip but handy for a weekend stay.

We booked a room call which we did`nt recieve, nearly missed our flight, were told by hotel staff nothing was found in our room when items were left as a result of the non exsistent alarm call.
After reporting to the police were told we were not the first to complain of thefts out of rooms by hotel staff, Management no help whats so ever and seem to be covering up blatant problems.
Other than that the hotel was [--], rubbish rooms, old, dirty, not cleaned well, etc etc
Very Very poor, would wish it on my worst enemy!

Charged full 5 night stay despite checking out on 3rd night. Rooms are in need of refurbishment. Staff are rude. Parking lot is a muddy field. Rooms are cold and windows don't shut properly

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and simply could not do enough for us. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the wait staff prompt and most helpful; dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good.
Erskine Bridge Hotel is very convenient to Glasgow and the airport, with very easy access from the M8 motorway. Unfortunately, it does not live up to it's website and this facility needs a bunch of money spent on it; the rooms are old and very shabby, and if you are unlucky enough to get one next to the elevator/lift don't expect to get much sleep!
We requested to be moved to a refurbished room and found the new room to be clean and comfortable and very adequate for our 4 night stay. All in all a good value IF you get a refurbished room.

Shabby outdated decor. Lifts noisy and erratic. Carpets stained and worn in corridor to room. Room shabby, electric socket hanging off wall. Curtains had holes in. View of Clyde spectacular but marred by constant noise from back of hotel and kitchen smells. No mattress cover, no duvet just blankets, decor beyond a joke, carpet looked filthy, table lamp didn't work. But it did have a trouser press............
No idea about the other facilities as was too traumatised by the ones I did see.
Horrible.

On arriving in our room we were met by a terrible of smell of urine, the bedcover and chair were stained and the carpet dirty. We would have expected better from a 3 Star hotel. Even if the rooms are old and dated, they can be cleaned to a higher standard.
Fantastic

Me and my partner stayed over night in the hotel. The food in the restaurant was fantastic, better than expected from a 3* hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms fairly old but clean. Beautiful scenery and grounds. Leisure club is great too.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked in for dinner ordered our food and some wine forty minutes later still no wine. The food appeared, the kids meals were so bad they couldn't eat it and ours weren't much better. The rooms need updated getting very grubby I had to clean the bath of hairs before I could bath the kids. Went on one weeks holiday. Arrived back and called for hotel bus to collect us. Forty five minutes later we were collected as one bus was servicing two hotels. Will never stay there again.

Close at hand When you exit the hotel complex, take the first turn at the roundabout and at the end of the road is a huge shopping complex with everything you would need. Bank, Subway, Morrisons store etc.
Stop off before flying Can't really say anything about Renfrewshire other than the Erskine and the beautiful views over the river. We only ever have stayed there prior to flying from Glasgow airport as it is cheaper than normal parking and you get an excellent dinner bed and breakfast too!!!
