Had a most enjoyable stay at the Eg, staff all excellent/public areas all refurbished to a superior standard/ bedrooms next I believe, (can't wait to my next visit)

As business traveller, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in not very clean noise from the bar below room 9 very hard bed floor would have been better. Not forgetting the vibrating noise all night had to check out at 5.15am had enough no sleep at all.
