I've stayed at the Crookston Hotel twice now, the first time I was attending a funeral and the second time was to spend my 40th birthday with my dad. I've had the most comfortable, pleasant stay. Only had breakfast - but it was always of a very good standard. The staff are what make the hotel such a nice place to stay in.

Had our wedding in this hotel in 2009. The function room is small but gorgeous, the staff could not have been more helpful and everyone said the food was amazing. Rooms are good sized and very comfortable. I would reccomend it to anyone. Better than most over priced expensive hotels in Glasgow

Could Be Better!

Room was comfortable, breakfast OK and good location. Avoid the lounge/bar which is full of aggressive locals who resent you taking their seats/spaces. What appeared to be drug dealing going on under the noses of the staff who either didn't care or didn't want to be involved! Some staff were also a bit off-hand and could do with a course in how to treat paying guests!!!

Had 4oth birthday party in hotel. Everything was fantastic ie. barstaff,dj, food and accomodation. Brill breakfast in the morning bedroom and bathroom very spacious - room 19. I would consider having more functions at the hotel, top class, reception staff could have been a bit more friendly - never smiled much!

We were stranded and they put us up last minute. Very affordable and extremely friendly staff who looked after us wholeheartedly, I have never stayed in such a friendly family run establishment before and I do highly recommend to anyone travelling to that part of Glasgow to give the hotel a go. Thanks to the friendly staff my stay was very relaxing, as to what would have been a stressful time!!!!!

Six of us traveled up for a concert, I was very pleasantly surprised when we reached the hotel. We stayed in the guest house which is across from the main hotel. The rooms were large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was superb. We would, without a doubt, stay there again.

I have never had such barbaric treatment from any staff from any hotel in my life, after visting on the 22nd May 2006, I was spoken to in a manner that the locals would only describe as "Neddish" - My business will be going far far away from that hotel and that area of Glasgow.
