This hotel cancelled our booking for 7 rooms 2 weeks prior to our stay in Galashiels for a family wedding. No reasonable excuse was offered and the owners were extremely rude and used offensive language. There attitude was that it wa not there problem if we could not find alternative accommodation. Avoid at all costs especially if you are travelling for a special event.
