Great Service and Helpful Staff

Our visit to Glenfinnan House was great. Myself, husband and our adult daughter had a totally memorable stay in April 2008. Rooms: at the top of the house (close to staff quarters) private, clean, well presented. Food: The food in general was very good and good servings. Service was efficient and whilst the dining room is recommended you must not go past the bar service it is excellent. The ambience and the locals add to the flavour. Staff were brilliant. A number of back-packers work at the house and those whilst we stayed there were pleasant, funny, well mannered and complimented the full-time house staff and management. Only complaint..... walking up and down the stairs with luggage was hard (3 flights). Highly recommend.
