Warm welcome on a very wet cold day in fort William. Had not made a booking before we arrived. Staff friendly yet professional, food was fantastic, bedroom was bigger and better than we expected for the great price we paid for the room. Only moan is that there is no lift, having said that, we didn’t even have to ask before a young waiter took our bags to our room for us. We won’t hesitate to stay here again.
