I ate in the restaurant of the fine dining menu and the standard and taste were out of this world I would recommend any body to eat at this hotel, and sample the rack of lamb the flavours of the local lamb were amazing when married to the redcurrant and red wine sauce, it was so friendly all the staff did their best to make you feel as if you were in your own house.
