Very professional and friendly from the outset. Rooms very comfortable and were given the "personal" touch. After my stay when I realised I had left an item of clothing behind they promptly found it and forwarded it to my home address. Excellent all round and as for the food who needs to go out for a meal. Top class and will use this facility again.
