Well where do we start. I highly recommend that you read the small print before booking to stay at this establishment. Unfortunately, I had to cancel a booking at One Royal Circus this very weekend due to unforeseen circumstances and was charged a whopping £258 for the priviliege of doing so (50% for the Sat which I cancelled with a week to go and 100% for the Friday, excessive in my opinion, though in the terms & conditions so fair enough). Out of interest I called later only to find that my room had been resold (no doubt at an even higher rate) and they were fully booked. Surely it's not acceptable behaviour for any business to profit from a situation like this. I am frankly shocked by this and will certainly avoid this property in future.
